Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

I know that life sometimes life gets crazy. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.

I ask that, If you must cancel, please give  more than 24 hours notice before your set appointment. This allows me a little bit of time to fill your spot with another guest. I’ll do my best to set up an appointment better suited to your schedule.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, I will have to charge 50% of cancelled appointment in order to rebook a new appointment.

Clients who have been in more than once, are given one emergency cancellation a year. What you choose to call an "emergency" is up to you.

Tardiness

Please be courteous and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. Last minute cancellation fee may apply.
If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is call or text, so that I can minimize any disruption to all clients.
Use the button below to contact me if you are running behind.

Service adjustments and retail exchanges

My goal is always for you to feel the very best about your hair. If you are ever unhappy with the results, I ask that you contact me within 7 days. I am happy to make any adjustments needed in order to meet the expectations set during our consultation, free of charge.
These are adjustments, remember...
I strive to under promise and over deliver, so,  I can't imagine that there would be any major "correcting" needed, but the possibility of a minor adjustment like a couple extra foils, or tone change is always a possibility.
However, If you asked for one thing, and I delivered, and then you decide that is not what you wanted, that, is an entirely different discussion.  We will need another consultation to discuss how to proceed.
